Sometimes they don’t notice or watch it, and when they face errors, they get stuck. They start booking with customer support, though the problem is solvable with tutorials. If these problems keep coming, the app's reviews will be affected.

To avoid a recurring problem, we are improving our onboarding process. We are creating tasks for new users to track their progress in completing tutorials. Additionally, we are enhancing the user interface to minimize confusion and streamline the product upsell creation process. Every product upsell creation now includes a noticeable video tutorial in the right side corner to support and remind the user if they forgot the process.
